APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION – AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS As IFC is a small, highly specilised professional training provider, the application for admission is a simple 3 step process. You are eligible for admission if you are 16 years of age or older.
Step 1 - Request and submit a Registration of Interest form. This form can be submitted at any time. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their registration within 14 days of IFC’s receipt of the form. Step 2 - Applicants deemed suitable will be asked to attend an interview with IFC’s Chief Executive to discuss their application and expectations of the course. It is recommended, but not essential, that you bring to the interview (or submit if you cannot attend personally) a showreel or portfolio to support your application. Interstate applicants may be interviewed over the phone if they are unable to attend the interview. Step 3 - Applicants will be notified within 14 days of their acceptance/non-acceptance into the course. Successful applicants will be sent a Letter of Offer and an Application for Admission form. Complete and submit this form with all applicable fees. IFC will then issue a receipt and Confirmation of Enrolment. There is a limit of 20 students per yearly intake (of which up to 10 are overseas placements). There is no guarantee of course application acceptance as the intake will be based on students deemed most suitable for the course. |
